We like to put our trainees in situations where they can hone their skills in real word problem spaces, or challenges. For that we like to invite you to participate and also benefit of new perpectives, marketing material and design power.
We will ask a bit of your time and network and you’ll be part of a bit of research led by experienced design team. At the end you will have had a tangible and insightful two days and the trainees will have had a unique opportunity to get insights from your organisation.
What we’re looking for are open ended challenges where input and validation of real world audiences are crucial and where immersion into a real world case is possible. To give you an example: a previous challenge was: “I’m an investor into some locations in this shopping and tourist area and I like to provide with something unique through this space”. Your involvement
What we ask of you is time with you to prepare, having you act as an investor (somebody invested into the result) at set points in time of the training and also ‘judge’ the results of the teams. You’ll be working with us and the 18-25 trainees per training. The setting will be informal, energetic and focussed.
We will also record and publish your participation and any artefacts as the result of the training. Our media and means will be available under open source licenses, ready to be used in your own public relations.
Depending on your participation we deliver unique insights and hooks to discover presented by the teams. This will be rough and perhaps not valuable right away. We like to push our teams to come up with something that’s tested and researched, but also off the beaten path.
